Exceptional food and great service at the restaurant.

Our room was dusty and lacked proper cleaning. There were hair strands in various places, and we had to ask multiple times for cleaning assistance. The location was noisy due to nearby aircraft, which was quite disappointing for the price we paid.

Our stay in the villa was delightful! The breathtaking lakeside view during breakfast was a true highlight. We enjoyed a leisurely stroll to the nearby shops and found the staff incredibly helpful when planning our excursions. Don’t miss the local dining options for dinner. they're fantastic!

The lakeside location was stunning, offering a fantastic view from my double room. The staff was particularly helpful, assisting with my work-related requests efficiently. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast included a wide selection of options, from fresh fruits to pancakes, which was a great start to my day.

I enjoyed my stay at the Double Room with Lake View, featuring a lovely balcony for local wine sipping. The location near the lake was stunning, though the parking was a bit inconvenient. Overall, a memorable experience in Te Anau!

A lovely lakeside escape

The lakeside view was absolutely stunning, making our mornings magical as we sipped coffee by the balcony. The staff was helpful and welcoming throughout our stay.

However, the dining options felt limited at breakfast, lacking variety and freshness. It was disappointing given the hotel's potential for a great culinary experience.

Our lakeside room had an awesome balcony to enjoy local wine. Perfect for unwinding after exploring nearby Fiordland.

The location here is great! If you have a

view room you will be looking out at the beautiful lake, which is right across the street. Rooms are spacious and well-equipped, but we faced some delays getting ice and had a few issues with the Wi-Fi connection.

We stayed in a Double Room with Lake View and it was pretty nice! The views were awesome, especially from the balcony. The room had two comfy queen beds, which was great for us. Overall, the atmosphere was peaceful. A minor hiccup was the decor in the halls feeling a bit tired, but we mostly enjoyed our time in the room.

I had a great time staying in a spacious, clean deluxe villa with very comfy beds and enjoyed the heated outdoor pool. The restaurant had superb food, especially the dinner. However, the decor could use some updating.

I loved the warm decor and spacious lobby area, making it easy for seniors to navigate and feel at home. The lakeside location offered stunning views, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful during our stay.

Bathroom decor could use an update.
